Option 1) Coach Ordering
A coach/administrator collects all sizing and funds and submits the bulk order via our online order form.
All discounts/package deal pricing (if applicable) will apply to each item.
An online invoice is sent for payment after the order is placed.
After payment, design proofs are sent for your approval before production begins.
A 24/7/365 online store is created for easy re-ordering with no minimums.
You collect all sizing, player name/number info, and funds, then submit the bulk order to us when ready.
The entire order is shipped to the coach/administrator (via free UPS Ground)
Option 2) Online Store Ordering
Allow players, parents, and staff order and receive their purchase directly.
Full MSRP price applies to all items (package discounts do not apply). discounted package pricing does apply for Program Partners.
Your required uniform/apparel items will be included in your store (each item will be marked as *required* for clear communication with your team).
Choose up to five additional items from our apparel catalog to be included in your store as optional items.
design proofs for all items will then be sent to you for approval. after approval, your online store will be created.
hats and socks cannot be included in your store unless they are required items.
An initial order processing date of your choosing will be established to begin sending orders to production and to provide a shipping window for your players/parents.
Once the initial order processing date is set, your team can begin ordering. We handle all payments, processing, and ship orders directly to the purchaser. No more headaches for you!
After the initial order processing, your store will remain open 24/7/365 for easy reordering with no minimums. All hats/socks (if any) will be removed.
All communication must go through the team's coach/administrator. Any correspondence from players/parents will be forwarded to the team's primary point of contact.
-Since we do not manufacture the hats, all hats will need to be shipped to one location as they ship directly from the hat supplier.
-Each player/parent is responsible for ensuring that they input the correct information (size, name, number, etc.). There is no way to make any changes once the order has been processed.
